  Better than most of the Chinese food restaurants in town.  The place used to look as though someone lived there, with living room furniture, etc., but that has changed.  It's still an old, tiny place that some folks take a glance at and drive away without stopping in.  Even if they did venture in they might have been scared off by the decor of the inside, never mind the outside.  I know I did.  But my Chinese food addiction kicked in and I was forced to go to Uncle Mings .  Just as a addict is lured to their pills.  I needed my fix.  LOL
  
  Apparently they have done some renovations as there seems to be more tables & chairs in there, like a real restaurant.  Maybe they were only take out and/or delivery before and nobody actually ate at the restaurant..
  
  The food there seems to be okay, much better than the Bamboo Terrace in Wasaga Beach.  The only other place near here is New Golden City in Elmvale but new owners have taken over and the food sucks big time!  Both New Golden City and Bamboo Terrace put way too much ginger and/or Chinese seasoning in the food and that makes it uneatable for me.  I used to order constantly from New Golden City and we'd have to drive there as they didn't deliver ... but it was worth the drive as the food there was incredible!  But now I have to satisfy my Chinese food addiction by getting a pick-up order from Uncle Ming's.

  Ordered for delivery and was told there was a hour & 30 mins wait! We were fine with the delivery times because we were not extremely hungry. Food was delivered in a hour - great! Food was not hot and very bland. After eating I got the serious case of vomiting at both ends omg - it was horrid! I'm an out-of-towner and didn't expect to be sick and soil hotel sheets (sorry for the graphics). I would not eat/order from here again!

  Tried out this place while on vacation.  Ordered over the phone and popped in to pick up.  Prices are reasonable.  I work in the food industry so I am very picky about the quality of the food and the state of the restaurant.
  
  Let me first say the food was ok.  I've had a lot better however  my kids enjoyed the chicken balls and General Tsao chicken and fried rice.
  
  Again the state of the restaurant tells me what the standard praxtices are of the staff/owners.  And I must say haven't been in such a filthy place in a long time.  Disgustingly dirty carpet, inches of dust on surfaces in the pickup area.  Lots of folks standing around the inside of the place - someone could have done some cleaning.
  
  General Tsao Chicken was more like ginger and not w proper sauce.
  
  Won't be able to stomach the leftovers or ever going back

  Not a bad place for Chinese food in Wasaga. Food was alright. Service ok. The place needs a big Reno! I'd still go back again.

  There aren't many options in Wasaga Beach if you're craving Asian food. Uncle Ming's will get the job done in a pinch. The options aren't great but the quality if pretty decent, especially compared to Bamboo Terrace. The pricing is also quite reasonable. The decor is humble on the inside, even though it looks somewhat sketchy from outside. They also have the worst/saddest egg drop soup I have ever seen/had.
